At the present all know that our brains are very active for the duration of sleep Furthermore , sleep has an effect on our daily functioning and our physical and mental wellbeing in numerous ways that we are just beginning to be aware of . The deep-rooted myth that sleep is a relaxation phase for the brain is certainly incorrect . The truth is , the brain is exceptionally active throughout sleep

. Initially , our brain is what lets know us when it is time to sleep .
