The aim of the study was to find out if increasing the physical activity of persons with spinal cord injury (SCI ) would also result in a similar increase in their quality of life . The hypothesis that there is a direct relationship between these two variables was based on the observation that the decrease in function after SCI results in health problems that both lowers the quality of life and further aggravates the capacity for activity
