also the use of celebrities to advertise the same

According to Garrison , the chief officer of the American lung association , smoking cigar can not be an alternative to the cigarette smoking , this is because both are equally harmful to the individual . In addition , the Los Ageless times has also put emphasis that not only smoking cigar is dangerous but also it 's general use

As a my thesis statement for this section I will point the effects of the cigar industry 's public relations promotion of cigars , and the general effects of both inhaling and not inhaling cigar

Why are cigars suddenly so popular

Basically the popularity of cigars is due to clever promotion . Today most of the cigars manufacturing companies have discovered that TV shows and movies are the best way to reach the young people . This is because the young people tend to be highly influenced by what they see or hear especially from people they think are worth emulating . Considering that they also watch the television in high numbers hence getting high levels of envy and admiration to the celebrities such as actors and musicians they will tend to emulate their what they see in them especially there character

Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes
