In this essay the power of God is shown on how it deals with those who serve Him faithfully . Hannah is portrayed positively as a true servant of God . This is also something about presentation of Samuel to the temple .Elkanah , and others are also mentioned . God has the power over the rich and the poor alike . He can make the rich poor and He can make the poor rich . The whole essay is in line with the general praises of God

There are times when God focuses on the power of loyalty to Him and not His strength . Here is where we see God granting favors to Hannah . She is portrayed as a true servant of God . Someone who worships her God truly and is in line with the general praises of God . She praises her God , and she is also loyal to Him , Samuel is left at the temple and there is bowing before the Lord . Although it is not made clear who exactly bows before the Lord . It is made such that an unknown person bows before the Lord . The whole issue is controversial because of the original role of woman in the society at that time

After the song , Hannah leaves Samuel at the temple . The song also tend to ascribe some actions to Elkanah . Here it is not clear at first , but we tend to get a clearer picture as time goes by

There is then the third visit to Shiloh . It is made clear here that Hannah came up to Shiloh with Samuel . When Elkanah is mentioned the case becomes a bit clearer . As such there are some roles which were not portrayed as those portrayed by Hannah . The original author had this in mind that is why he did not portray Hannah as the main actor

The song of Hannah was not taken to be as a prayer . Since it was not written as a prayer , it was taken to be as a song of thanksgiving to the Lord . The original song was subjected to different stages of editing Any imperfection , in editing , were and are still based on the values norms and traditions at that time , especially how women were viewed This is a very serious case indeed , since it affected so many things
