Software Development
Software Development language The Software Leadership describes specific stakeholders in the software development process and their roles . Write a short summary that addresses each of these stakeholders and explain their roles in the process . Also be sure to identify which roles , if any that you have experience with in this process During the software development process , the stakeholders should play a very important role . A question frequently asked - Who are the stakeholders of the software program Stakeholders are the people who would be using the software program and also

providing information of the system being built and can make decisions about the needs and priorities . In many organizations stakeholder involvement in the software development process is essential to make the software effective for the organization . These could include anybody who is using the software and has certain responsibilities mainly to ensure that the software is effective for the functioning of the organization , and all the potential problems that could arise could be addressed and sorted out during the development process itself . Usually the stakeholders would involve the senior management and administrators . However , in several organizations it could include the managers , operations staff members , support staff auditors , program or portfolio managers , IT support staff , etc . People working on other systems need to closely interact with the software development professionals . Each of the stakeholders would be having their own role and responsibility , their own requirements , vision and priorities with relation to the software being developed
1 . Managers - To ensure that the software helps in several management processes including resource allocations , decision-making problem-solving , monitoring and evaluation , etc
2 . Support staff - To ensure that certain functional tools are available which could aid in supporting the regular production staff
3 . Supervisors - To understand the problems the production staff could be facing and to ensure that their potential problems can be addressed
4 . Auditors - To enable functional tools that can aid in audition
Some of the points which need to be remembered during the software development process by the stakeholders include :-
Make decisions after consulting with the team and also concentrating on the priorities
The design of the software should be user-centered
Having a close understanding of the current technology utilized by the staff and ensuring that there are clear benefits than disadvantages with the new software
The production level staff members should be involved right from the beginning of the development process
The software should have a clear advantage for the organization
To ensure that the software is handed over to the maintenance or support staff after all the problems are sorted out and after the staff are familiar with the functioning
