With the help of social services , the government is able to reduce the gap between the highest and the poorest classes in the society . Each social class is subject to different social programs and different social services which social workers will be able to provide for them . Social workers achieve their goals the most efficiently in those countries where social programs are designed most appropriately for different social classes
