Modern practices differ from Greeks but the goal is the same though the level of achievement might be different . A more dedicated person in exercise achieves a perfect body . Most people would have had very difficult living ancient Greeks time . We have always been misled by what a few individuals , media and various product companies who are into self gains of what exactly we can achieve , who we are and how to improve our natural bodies

I have different opinion about a perfect body than what Greeks think . In the modern world due to many human factors that never existed in the ancient time , a perfect body is what one has and not what one is trying to achieve . What an individual is can only be perfected to suit the circumstances . We are biologically different trying what can not be achieved could be injurious to our health
