Abstract

The town of Camden has recently assimilated a different culture where children neglect has greatly risen . This has been linked with the major considerations of the current changing demands in consumerism and economic status of the people . Of greater concerns have been the Mal-fragile children exposed / infected with HIV /AIDS in who are at much higher risks of losing their lives or not attaining their maximum developmental potential . This research explores the city

with an oversight of operationalizing an initiative to assist these children Therefore , it gives a holistic structural consideration of how such program can be effected . Starting with the whole problem identification and conceptualization , the explores how the opportunities and strengths can be used to ensure that all the children in Camden are offered the best chances for development .
