p Participants
Two companies , one from the construction industry and another company with a corporate setting and structure will be selected . Fifty (50 participants will be randomly selected from each chosen company . They will be given a questionnaire with both closed and open-ended questions to answer . Their responses will be tabulated and processed
Materials
Questionnaires will be textual-based . The first part of the questionnaire consists of questions pertaining to basic personal information such as age , position held in the company and others . The question of whether or not the respondent is African-American will also asked in the said section . The second part of the survey includes yes or no questions . While the third and last part will consist of open-ended questions that give the employees free rein in answering . The latter two sections will contain questions that are geared to provide information on the employees ' experience in the recruitment stage and their actual employment-stress to be put on the...
