Introduction

There are many reasons why the welfare of the children is being neglected by the individuals or institutions which are supposed to look after these welfare needs . This is not about elaborating these problems most of which can be seen and read in the television , the internet or in the newss . This , instead , is focused on providing an avenue so that the neglect of children 's welfare is

alleviated and remedied . If the future indeed is hinged on the children and what they 'll become , it is best to guarantee that in their formative years , they are provided with an experience and an environment that makes it amenable for them to learn and grow as individuals who have the competency and capability to take over and sustain the social way of life . Because of the present growing need for more social programs geared at attending to the welfare of the children , it is becoming clearer that the proposed organization and children-centered social programs start operating at the soonest possible time . The start and eventual success of the organization and its projects are hinged on the financial assistance that it will receive from prospective organizations , institutions and groups that will provide financial assistance to cover the costs of operating and managing the organization and its programs for children 's welfare

The creation of the organization centered on children 's welfare will allow for the simultaneous undertaking of the different projects . This includes social welfare program geared at rehabilitating children who have witnessed extreme forms of violence and have been traumatized by such experience

Problem to be addressed

The problem that the organization and its social programs will address will focus on resolving several children 's welfare issues . Through the careful structuring of the programs , its policies and the delegation of roles and responsibilities , the organization projects an assessment yielding a positive result regarding the improvement in the areas of children 's social welfare where the organization focused on during the particular program timeline

The demographics of the children who qualify for the available assistance of each specific program have similar and varying factors Some of the cross-program demographic factors that are consistent include : the age limit constituting `children the acceptance of children from both male and female genders those who were orphans or recently orphaned those who are not under the care of any private or government institutions those who are waiting custody of government agencies immediately after the rescue of a child from a traumatic incident and on-site children victims who need care and assistance and those who stray in any of the organizations office . Those who fall under these demographics are considered as the target of the organization for their programs and social welfare assistance efforts .
