Migration helps to develop or change things such as economics or social status , as migrants move into the

destined area for varied reasons . With these movements , social movement organizations will eventually be formed which forces us to take a long hard look at the migration movement itself--such as labor migration , which is the number one reason why most people migrate into another area . One such example is the labor migration from Mexico into the United States , forcing a social movement to become organized to handle hostilities on both sides .Discussion
Organizations are formed for social movements caused by migrations in to perform a specific role for a specific purpose . In the case of the labor migration from Mexico into the United States , a need was slowly formed over the years that demonstrated economic factors played a major role in it . The United States was seen as a wealthy country that supplied a surplus of money through jobs , whereas Mexico was seen as a poor and needy country that could not supply enough money for the care of its people . It was seen as a win-win situation that migrants could enter the United States and work , sending money home to their families while they became legal citizens . The United States also had laborers who would work in almost any field with few complaints and were considered good workers . Everyone was happy , until the amount of labor migrants entering the United States from Mexico became excessive in number , with illegal migrants entering through illegal measures . This forced the social movement organizations to take a hard look at the migration situation between the United States and Mexico , with such organizations such as the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies (CCIS ) at the University of California in San Diego , California . This social movement organization on migration not only looked at the migration problem but also offered some solutions to the problem that began over a decade ago . But to understand the problems now between the two countries , a look at the politics behind the situation and how they operate needs to become more understood
