Skin cancer is a disease where malignant cancer cells are found in the layers of the skin . On the other hand , melanoma is a disease where malignant cancer cells are found in the color of the skin (melanocytes (Oklahoma State University , Environmental Health and Safety , 2007 Melanoma is a more serious type of cancer and usually occurs with adults but can happen to children as well

Now what are the symptoms of having these skin diseases ?
