Sigma Phi Omega Formals

Sigma Phi Omega Formals

College life has always excited me ever since I was a young girl . I felt that in my own little way , I may be able to contribute much to my society . As I entered the NAME OF UNIVERSITY , I became more ecstatic with the coming of the sisterhoods . These came in the form of sororities and fraternities , Sigma Phi Omega being one of them

As a pledge of the sorority , I was faced with the many difficult challenges that sometimes tested our capabilities . We would sometimes feel funny

about ourselves , doing things that we did not normally do at home . The engagements we had with other people challenged us to improve our craft , and how to actually strive hard and be the best in our field . The friendships we built was also something that I love most . At first I was a little hesitant to grow and go out of my shell . Balancing my academics and my duties as a pledge was something that I had continuously struggled with . There were times that I felt bad about myself , questioning my own capabilities . The friendships I built in this program have helped me withstand anything that came my way

The sorority has actually given me the opportunity to showcase my talents and capabilities to others , not to forget the help that I can give others . Since Sigmas have always been actively involved with communities , I believe that this can help me grow into a more mature person , being aware of the needs of the people in our community

As our pledge days come to an end , I look back and recall at the struggles and hardships endured to reach this point . The friendships that were formed in this sisterhood was something that will forever be cherished in my heart . My admission to the Sigma Phi Omega Sorority is the start of a new phase in my life-going out of my shell , and breaking to a higher ground towards the betterment of the future Surname PAGE 2...
