That 's not to say that Sicko is false or that Moore is a predatory culture vulture . His admirably pointed emphasis on the general community-oriented philosophy of social services that is lacking in the United States is perhaps the most moving dilemma in the entire film . but

by merely highlighting the flaws of the American system over the strengths of other nation 's , he mildly trivializes an issue too serious to reduce to a portrait of humorous disbelief

This is perhaps Moore 's greatest triumph as a film maker , drawing attention to a falsely idealized America and being its foremost irritant . Moore has perfected agitprop in its most ideal dimensions Denying the people a tacit acceptance of inequity by irritating and agitating them to think about why it shouldn 't be so
