One of the remnants of human 's social history is prostitution Prostitution has been in existence over the last millennia . Prostitution is without a doubt an effect of male dominance in the society Prostitution is considered immoral or unethical by some religious sectors as well as some human right movement . Human trafficking , sexual slavery and pornography are usually incorporated with prostitution theless , prostitution has been a part of the human civilization . The act of prostitution may be considered immoral , however

because it is inevitable , and the government can only impose certain rules that may prevent exploitation . It is still a debatable whether to regulate prostitution or not

Prostitution is a terrible area of the society . It leads to all sorts of problems that are also issues in the society . Abortion is one effect of prostitution . Prostitutes who accidentally conceive will be forced to abort the child so that it would not hinder on their jobs . Prostitution encourages poor women to engage it such acts , without ever trying other methods to live . It is considered easy for some women to just offer their bodies in exchange for money . Prostitution also leads to violence Some prostitutes are battered for pleasure by their clients . It increases the risk of a sexually transmitted disease outbreak
