Because the Human Resources Department is the backbone of the company , it is important to identify the special needs of the department especially in the aspect of technological tools and system that the Human Resources Department used

The application architecture and project design will serve as the guide in seeking the essence of each tool that are needed inside a certain organization or department which can be used inside the Human Resources Department of the Riordan Manufacturing . Design patterns provide a way to share problems and solutions so that others can benefit from the collective experience (Hurst 2002 ' As what Walter Hurst stated in his article entitled Application Architecture , Design Patterns and J2EE the architecture and project designs provides larger perspective on how to work the technicalities and system tools in each department or organization . This aspect will give each organization the capability to obtain better data , information , and worksheets that are needed in these modern times . Through this , the data and information that are needed will be transferred immediately from one person to another through the system of the department

The details that a design pattern must capture are the problem definition , the context for the problem , a possible solution and the consequences of that solution (Hurst 2002 ' It is true and correct that every research design will focus on the issues and dilemmas of each system . Whenever we seek for a new tool or system , it means that we could not do manual listings of the things that we need to do Therefore , whatever possible design or project that needs to be obtained shows solution to the issues or problems of the department or organization

However , as a way of discussing the strengths of the system or projected architectural designs , it is also important to know the weaknesses of those designs to be able to patent a solution to the technical complications that may appear during the utilization of the tools . It only means that every tool or design is not perfect that is why despite of the solution that could give to the user , there are also technical difficulties that can be seen once the system will not be used properly or will be considered as over-use
