br bars and nightclubs to ensure the safety of the patrons . Along with the police are liquor inspectors , who are inspecting if the nightclubs are properly following the rules and regulations . With these rules is the law that a drunk patron must be seen home . However this causes a bit of dilemma , with the question of what if the customer refuses to ride the taxi ? The law implies that the bar owners should call 911 for help , yet the owners yield from doing so , seeing as if they do call the authorities , they will be in trouble for having drunks in the bar
