Many theft cases are brought forward before a judge to make a sentence In this case , of an individual convicted of stealing other people identity it is good to first to confirm whether there is clear evidence that the person had committed this crime . If it is true that the convicted committed the crime , it is necessary to enquire whether this is the first time the person has been convicted
