The goals , vision and mission of a local school district are related to school district policies because they are drawn using the guidelines of the policies as the blueprint . The policies are necessary because they seek to unify the education system across the states which are implemented through the local school districts (policy adoption Sometimes these policies impede the success of local district goals and visions especially when it comes to implementation of the policies that require a lot finances

because the revenues collected from school districts vary . Although the district policies supplement their budget allocations , it would be nice if the district were allowed to plan their budgets based on the available funds and the size of area of jurisdiction because the school districts are not equal in size . When the budget is allotted based on the revenues collected and the size of education district , then there is bound to be quality education for all and the social amenities would not be overstretched (Chris , 1996

The education policies made at local levels are focused to improve student learning but indirectly . The policies touch on management or financial issues which when implemented will work out to the benefit of the students . When the relevant stakeholders in education are involved there will be enough money to hire enough teachers , increase the summer classes and even buy enough textbooks .
