The results of an individuals ' thinking and actions under the perspective of human agency will assist individuals to undergo self-development and reconstruction in for them to adapt to various life concerns . According to Bandura , human agency constitutes various core features : intentionality , forethought , self-reactiveness and self-reflectiveness
