Secondly takeovers are not a bad thing to do or to let them done by others it is because globalization means the movement of knowledge , capital , labor and business from one side to another and those companies that feel strong enough to acquire some other company , simply takeover others to get their business expanded , to exploit the potential opportunities in a better way , and make more market share and profits (Daft , 1997

Third , it is very true that the business of Rift airlines would wind up if the company would not bring on more business , more profits , and more customer value . The reason is that the customers choose the best one of all the alternatives where they get more value therefore , the company must have to cut down its costs by laying off and reducing unnecessary expenses by bringing on more efficiency and effectiveness in conducting the business activities .
