The understanding of the word rhetoric has generated some

confusion among scholars and public alike . More often than not the word is associated with politics and politicians and the media has always gone overboard to distort further the understanding of the word . Unlike other subject area like physics , rhetoric is not a definite body of knowledge and thus can be considered as the study as well as a practice of changing content . However , despite the never ending debates on what rhetoric means among scholars , it can be summarized as any forms of symbols use that operates within certain realms
