p Lloyd and Margaret have booked a package holiday to Spain with Happy Travel , their local tour operator . They have chosen to stay at Hotel Sol as the brochure described the hotel as having five star facilities They have discussed the hotel with the travel agent who described it being exceptional with luxurious rooms and superior facilities . When they arrive at the hotel they are astonished to discover that the hotel has limited facilities , more akin to a 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel The following day , they decide to cheer

themselves up and they book an excursion through the tour operator to the local nature reserve . The actual trip is supplied by a local company . As they are traveling up a steep hill , the coach driver veers sharply across the road , causing an accident with oncoming cars . The windows shatter and Margaret is covered with broken glass , causing cuts to her arms which require Hospital treatment . Advise Lloyd and Margaret of their rights and remedies in law

We all know that as a human we are well capable of defining the way of our life . But still we get affected by things which are our control . And more than once we give in considering all this as something related to destiny . But the thing which actually hurts is that it 's not destiny but an act of cheat by fellow humans whom we believed

Now , here in case of Lloyd and Margaret , Happy Travels , their tour operator did the same . There has been big difference between what Happy Travels promised and what they actually gave . According to the brochure given to Lloyd and Margaret , the travel agency was to provide accommodation in a hotel where facilities are more of like given by five star hotels . The same was promised by the travel agent when this point was discussed . But when the couple arrived at the Hotel Sol , they did not find the facilities similar to what being described in the brochure It was more or less a three star hotel . But it was not the end but the beginning of a list of lies . The tour operator was not the one who had arranged the tour . It was actually supplied by a local company and the couple had no prior information about that local company . And since they had no direct relationship between the customers like Lloyd and Margaret and the actual trip supplier , they did not have a direct say over issues . It was their tour operator with whom they were getting everything arranged . Hence their tour operator was acting more or less like a broker . And what the local company arranged was nothing but an incompetent driver who caused an accident . The accident caused injury to Margaret and she had to undergo treatment in a hospital
