A Decision Making Process is an important aspect which requires

to be dealt with every individual . It is a cognitive process of thinking which ultimately leads to a decision point of action . There are key elements which are to be noted during the decision making process which is as follows ( Framing the question - How to frame a question is a tricky decision a person should make ( Collection of intelligence - Logical and judgmental decisions need to be taken up to make a proper understanding of our thinking process ( Deriving at conclusions - After checking on the various alternatives , the conclusions and the final focus or decision will be made ( Learning through feedback- feed forward and feedback is very important control mechanism for the thinking system to be in place . During the process of decision making it is very important to understand the concept of framing a question in the mind which is the first step towards decision making . Mistakes always take place when a wrong choice of framing the question is made which generally leads to the Framing Trap . According to Kare Anderson people on a majority scale are risk averters rather than risk takers or gamblers , hence in many instances they would like to remain on a safer side of their decision making process even if there are less chances of the problem being failed . She also says that people normally accept any opinion that is presented to them which shouldn 't be entertained without looking into the outcome . It should always be checked for the possible opportunities that could arise in cases wherever required and then only reframe the problem
