However , it should be mentioned that the interviews are focused on those personnel who are dealing with the idiosyncratic

mode of teaching in the MBA course in an executive format and have shifted from the traditional or general mode of teaching . This entire scenario is a basic diversion from usual approach of teaching mode and the distinctive approach is in its environmental context
In due course of the interviews it was found that there are three basic areas of venture under which the differences of the interviewers generally take place . The first of these perspectives is the aspect of class dynamics , the second one is related to student characteristics and the third one is concerned about program purpose . After thorough examination of the interviews it was found that there are several challenges in the parameters of pedagogical association and there are a variable of methodologies in the context of leadership discussion session design , class planning and instructor preparation
In this context it should be stated that the main aim of an able leader is to produce confident , independent learners and support staffs thorough a capacity for self assessment . The first of these factors deals with spiritual dimension of the leaders in the context and perception of their students and support staffs . The second factor deals with physical dimension where the focus is mainly laid down on the classroom environment . The third factor is the instructional dimension where the teaching skills of the teachers are taken into consideration Lastly there is the factor of managerial dimension which is focused on dealing with addressing student behavior
To maintain standards in educational tolerance and sensitivity , we must learn about each student individually . This would be for their benefit to not only realize their goals and aspirations but to know their potential limitations and help them in the discovery of methods toward surpassing those limitations in to gain access to their aspirations . Professors must also provide the students the outside methods toward attaining confidence in their ability to learn new skills in forwarding their education .
