FINDINGS
DECREASE IN EMPLOYEE MORALE
By conducting employee interviews and observation of their behavior at work , I found out that the employees were not motivated towards their work . This was due to inadequate salary compensation and abnormal increase in work load which was up by 60 with a 15 decrease in staff Also , the morale was specifically found low in the creative department as the higher ups presented their work differently to clients without their consultation or opinion . This unfair exercise of authority was not at all welcomed by the employees in the creative department
The impact of this problem was directly seen on productivity as quality of work took a sharp downturn
DECREASE IN REVENUES
By analyzing the business reports , I observed that the revenue has taken a downward trend over the course of the past twelve months . The cause has been the decrease in employee motivation and increase in workload
This resulted in an increase in customer complaints showing that the advertising work produced by Roanoke , Virginia branch of Phoenix Advertising is not up to the mark
INCREASE IN CLIENT COMPLAINTS
