Consequently Mary 's name have always been to that of the Lord Jesus Christ as she was the one who gave life ' to him . We can also say that without the mother , there wouldn 't be a son , or if God would choose a different Virgin Mary , then it could also be a different Jesus Christ The point is , it was really through Mary that the Divine power of God was brought here to Earth , that 's why she really deserves all the recognition and love that she could get from her Christian followings

Christianity has several prominent female figures . Women like Magdalene Mother Theresa , and the like are considered as saintly figures because of their deeds , their sacrifices and their miracles . But for the Virgin Mary , the treatment is different . She is treated not just as a saint but as a goddess . The reason for this would be her valuable contribution to Christianity , and that is giving birth to the savior , Jesus Christ
