One decade earlier , women were supposed to be vain looking around for mirrors and trying to keep their hair , skin and their bodies perfectly groomed and exercised . Trends have

We will be able to understand the relationship between body image , nutritional intake and physical activity in college males only by understanding the intricacies involved in the concept of body image . Body image is basically a psychological concept A distorted body image results in the abnormal activities of excessive physical exercise or abnormal patterns of nutrition intake . Numerous studies have been conducted in this field so as to develop a relationship between the above variables However , most of these studies are concentrated on females as until a few years ago , females were more likely to be dissatisfied with their body images and hence more predisposed towards developing eating diss and physical exercise patterns that are far from normal .
