Most current studies have revealed that there are an increasing number of people who are

not insured as far as health is concerned . This has been highly contributed by the informal sector where a large number of Americans fall in (Appleby and Steadman 2010 . The highest insurer of people is the employer and therefore the unavailability of formalized jobs has made the employer not much accountable for the health of the workers . The government is trying a lot to ensure that all the citizens are covered by the insurance policies which are specifically financed by the government . According to census 2007 , there were approximately 45 .7million uninsured people in the country that the entire world observe as the world Economic giant . In this uninsured people , there are children that are dependent on the parent to make effort to have a policy for them . There are policies that are developed with the target consumer as the child they include Children 's Health Insurance Program (CHIP ) and Medicaid .
