Organizations are found with different people . It is made through a specific goal and vision . The organizations that we often choose are those that agree with our way of thinking and living . We join in organizations that somehow jive with our standards of living . With these , it is apparent that we look for a place where we can say that we fit in , if not perfectly , but close to perfection

As a manager of the business , I have my own

visions that I guess are based on the values I learned from childhood . I have an attitude about time , so I see to it that my employees and even I perform on our best or peak time to have the optimum performance . Time is very important to me because my parents trained us to be productive every time we are on the field . Whenever we get home from school , they checked on us if we are doing our home works and projects . Good enough , I brought that through my journey , from college until in my workplace . Another thing is respect . Respect varies with people , regarding their ages and the gender , for we all know , there are rules that were set regarding these issues even before my birth

I am trained to ask for other people 's feeling in to know what 's inside them I am a people person who reaches out to other people with the best way I can . For instance , I will just drop by with a person 's desk to give him or her token of appreciation . I value little efforts a lot so I guess I find it relieving when people try to have some connections with me even if I am the boss . This part of my being really matters to the people I encounter for they know that even if I have a distinct position in the company , I am still humble with it

You may think that I am very kind in terms of work , but probably , you might be mistaken with that . I value people , yes ! But I also value work and money . As I am shaped to be profit oriented before , I see to it that transactions done inside and out of the company deserve a penny Besides , service in the company is for the main goal of earning the money aside from the vision of personal growth

Every company has its own vision , together with the heads of it and the work force . They give value to some set of rules that somehow will settle the conflicts of personality differences and origins . Ethics in the company are still highly encouraged , like subordination with your boss and knocking on the door before entering someone else 's room Business ethics also contributes to the proper decorum of employees like : time for work is not intended for long talks and chat .
