First Item Trust according to the social perspective is the total reliance granted to a person or an entity . Trust if integrated into ones character can be a key factor in promotion of effective living and gives one a positive public image . Trust enhances effectiveness of a person which is the ability to solve targeted problems within a stipulated period of time Habits of highly effective people may include being proactive , beginning with the end in mind , putting first things first , thinking win /win seeking first to understand then being understood , synergizing

It goes a long way to being driver of economy that makes organizations much profitable . Low trust within organizations can be a constant cause of friction thus slowing down progress . Trust , hence contributes a great deal in our daily lives . It is easier to lose than gain a person 's trust . However the several factors that may contribute to gaining organizational or group trust include being transparent , showing adequate respect to all calibers of people , being loyal , being a straight-talker , showing readiness to accept and take corrections whenever you are wrong , always confronting reality and being one who works with targets to deliver expected results among other behaviors that depict positive esteem Doing contrary to this , as a matter of fact , creates mistrust .
