NAME joined the Security Management Institute as a Researcher in 2006 In this short time , he has become a valuable , hardworking , and motivated team member . His job requires the ability to learn very quickly , apply complex ideas , and work well with many different groups of people including representatives from foreign countries . On a daily basis , he is responsible for working very closely with our other researchers and coordinating many complicated activities . NAME has shown great initiative and responsibility . His communication skills are very advanced , and he has the respect of his coworkers . Recently , I asked him to work on a project with The Boeing Company in the U .S . He has stepped up to this challenge and has been indispensable . Our work is very sensitive , and I must be able to rely on every single employee every day .
