Shih-Chia Lu has worked for me as a Volunteer Store Clerk at the pharmacy for a period of three months and during this time he has gained a strong insight into the operation of the store and the key roles and responsibilities of the staff here p

Shih-Chia Lu 's key responsibilities in his position as volunteer have been to deal with the customers on a general basis . Within this role he /she has been responsible for greeting the customers , ascertaining their needs , assisting them directly or referring them to other staff matters on technical matters . In addition to this he /she has completed other tasks such as answering the phone and taking prescription s distributing medication to customers , handling cash transactions and administering over the counter medication requirements . I believe that this experience will be invaluable to him /her during his /her degree program as it has provided him /her with an inside knowledge of the pharmacy operation and some of the challenges we face here on a daily basis .
