People who are in power to implement multicultural operations and practices should be able to lead organizations and communities into embracing the nature of cultural diversity . Considerations regarding multicultural practices include

br adhering to ethical issues and accomplishing competencies in cultural diversity by understanding trends through conceptual frameworks , models and theories for multiculturalism
A comprehensive training program is one way of introducing the importance of cultural competence most especially to staff members Through training , everyone is informed of operational methods and techniques as well as best practices in handling issues related to cultural diversity . Strict sanctions should also be implemented for individuals who fail to comply with the concepts framed within the international human and civil rights , code of ethics under a multicultural perspective , and simply promote culture diversity or multiculturalism in the workplace . This ensures that members of the organization will consider multicultural concepts critically in their industry . To maintain cultural competence , comprehensive and efficient evaluation or assessment tools should be employed continuously in to determine weaknesses or drawbacks in multicultural programs and practices . This will make room for improvements in operations and practices pertaining to multiculturalism . Improving operations and best practices in the multicultural context should be open to incoming trends and procedures in to maintain contemporary and timely programs and practices in this particular field
Question 2 : How might you address a practice within your (future organization that reflects subtle discrimination
Operational procedures and practices that reflect discrimination , no matter how subtle or apparent should not be encouraged or overlooked Individuals who discriminate other people due to cultural or ethnic differences should be reprimanded and sanctioned . If the organization practices discrimination in the work place brought about by particular programs or activities that miss to adhere to multicultural concepts then these programs or activities shall be abolished or adjusted Adjustment of organizational programs and practices will make sure that it follows ethical guidelines in dealing with cultural diversity in the work place . Following this action , all organizational operations and practices will be reviewed and evaluated in to make sure that violation of multicultural ethics and conduct is avoided in future situations
If members of the organization commit violations against multicultural ethics and conduct set by the management , these particular individuals should be asked to apologize to clients and the clients ' family , face a hearing that will be initiated by the ethical committee , and follow requirements asked of the individual after the case reaches a conclusion .
