good job in the office , or even to interact with them because they think that they are too low for them to talk with

The essence of the workplace , as it gives proper venue where the people can interact with each other , where they can share their values and beliefs in to understand each others ' action , is important to consider by the people who will set the proper atmosphere for it Because people should have the understanding that due to the existence of diversity in any workplace , it is not impossible for them to work with the people with different racial background , with different languages and with different skin color . Time to time , they will have the proper introduction with each other 's experience as they relate the present situation with the past interaction they had and their perception on the things that they currently experience

Diversity is a common social phenomenon anywhere in the globe . Because of the existence of ways of transportation and communication , almost all the parts in the world are explored by different people with different origins . The invention of such leads to massive immigration and emigration . And because of that , they had invaded many parts in the world where other people think of them as aliens and unwelcome . This kind of interaction with other people with negative attitude is what we know now as discrimination , an international social problem affecting the lives of millions of people

Because there are different people interacting with each other discrimination can 't be avoided . People think that a certain color or race of people makes them a higher kind of individuals in the world . The sad part is they incorporate the skills of the people based on their nationality that often triggers misconceptions and misunderstandings on opposing part . By having these factors affecting the work ethics of the workers , sometimes , it leads to inefficient and ineffective processes that will be a negative cause to the business . It is also a problem that should be addressed for the people to have a better understanding and better relationship wit h each other

But diversity is a good thing in terms of making creative ideas and suggestions . Because different people came from different origins with different backgrounds , they had been able to integrate their previous knowledge with the current needs of the productions as well as the call of the innovation in their work process .
