Smoking cessation refers to the attempt to either stop smoking or to quit smoking . There are so many people who are struggling to stop smoking but only very few manage to control it . Some people who try to quit smoking only stop for a while and they end up going back to it something that can easily qualify them to become chain smokers

in need of quitting smoking . This help comes in form of medical or pharmacological therapy , reminder systems provided for the smokers , therapies that help in cessation of smoking and counseling systems from the experts are provided ( HYPERLINK "http /www .cdc .gov /tobacco /statesystem www .cdc .gov /tobacco /statesystem , 2006
