STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The state of Florida has an abundance of water surfaces that are utilized for different reasons in the state . The state has more than 50000 miles of streams ,7811 lakes , and 4060 square mile of estuaries scattered all over the state . According to the Florida water management district , the state receives an average of 54 inches of rainfall annually . The Body states the total Municipal usage of water at 2 .0 billions gallons of water .
