That prostitution should be legalized is an argument that has been heard again and again . But surprisingly , no one claims that prostitution is morally or ethical correct . How can it be that a practice that the vast majority considers to be contrary to proper social conduct has been a candidate for administrative sanction for so long ? Why would we want to legalize something that we ourselves would not consider doing or would not want our children to do ? This is the crux of the prostitution debate - a legal

conundrum which is a moral paradox . This argues that prostitution should be legalized in the United States of America but it is not an ethical encouragement for prostitution .
