Education nowadays seems to be more competitive and some of the main reason is because of the cost and of course the competition . Also these days education becomes a very important part of everyone , with the growing competition in job hiring only the very few smart and technically prepared graduates are being considered . It is true that learning would always start from the learner , on how she or he focuses plays a big factor at all . But schools manner of delivery and quality and effective teaching techniques will somehow enhance this knowledge and inborn intelligence of students . In other words , it is a clear collaboration between the school system , the effectiveness of teachers and lastly the study ethic of the students and if all of these fall in the right places , then we can say that it may achieve quality education . But those are not the only once that needs to be considered , the facilities are also important to achieve quality education , it includes , wide selection of library materials , from books computers , as well as online materials and review materials

For teachers or professors , the way of giving questions or assessment is one of the important that this will cover , and that is Bloom 's Cognitive Levels of Evaluation , or in other term , it is called as Bloom 's Taxonomy . It is actually categorizing levels of questions that commonly used in educational settings . In this structure , it helps teachers on how to categorize their questions , because it is important in a way that questions will be rightfully given based on levels and at the same time students would expect what type of questions would appear in their exams or assessments .
