Apparently problems do arise at times when late payments are made to the institutions where these students learn in the process inconveniencing the students who either have to pay for their tuition or drop out of the learning institutions . At the same time , creation of cliques based on ethnicity , poor proficiency in speaking English and the clashing of cultural and religious beliefs are some of the issues that these students have to encounter on a daily basis . The cultural mission could assist with leveling the ground or at least smoothening the life students have to live while studying in the United States
