Complete Implementation of Upgrade

In for the project to be a success the main objective of the undertaken task should be implemented without any other alternative Factors that are taken into account later when a plan is being formulated should be considered after the main objective . The main objective should be clear in mind , such that everyone agrees

that the purpose is to implement and apply the upgrade in the target region without reserve . A clear and simple direction for the team can be helpful in effecting efficiency and goal attainment . Also the reason for initiating the project is after all implementing the client upgrade wherever necessary

Time Schedule

Another success factor to be considered should be the speed of the plan . The plan should be completed within the proposed time otherwise it could lead to various factors that could influence the overall project like more time means more employee work time leading to greater payment The network will also be affected leaving certain areas without service for the time in which the upgrades are taking place . Consumers without service for a prolonged period of time can become a bad representation of the whole project 's image Cost

The cost should not exceed the projected expense as funding is limited Exceeding costs can lead to questions about the project 's efficacy Moreover increasing costs will also need more financing sources and a shortfall of such sources can lead to project abandonment

Lessons learned

Performance wise the project seems to have achieved without any disruptions . The implementation of the upgrades was a success , with the targeted areas fully upgraded . Only a few areas that were technologically backwards were not able to achieve the upgrade Performance could have been enhanced in more than one ways like keeping daily team status checks and scheduling specific tasks keeping in mind an individual 's primary area of focus and skill . High priority tasks could have been set up with bonus incentives to achieve better performance from the staff . Or a performance appraisal could have been set up to document every individual staff 's performance daily . Yet the performance of the project seems to have been satisfactory . No real regrets are held for the performance experienced during the project Lesson learned : Enhance performance even if it is satisfactory

As has been noted the time set for completion was not achieved successfully . Time management should have been promoted more . Again various methods could have been used to achieve the task within the proposed time .A time schedule could have been proposed with different benchmarks in between to record progress and efficiency of the approach that has been taken for implementation . The benchmarks should be overall success factor can be achieved initially the project should be continued , otherwise a new strategy should be formulated keeping...
