Project management is a field of study which involves designing organizing and management of the available resources in order to achieve a given set of goals and tasks of a particular project . Project management involves quit a number of principles and concept which are aimed at guiding the project managers in achieving their goals . In my opinion , I will implement the following concepts of project management to achieve my career goals

First and foremost , I

will put a considerable amount of effort to have my career project consistency with the three attributes of project success . These dimensions of project success are time , budget and quality . In practice , I will have to make sure that I achieve my career goals within the given time bracket . I will have to take the responsibility of limiting my expenses to fit within my budget . Finally my project career should be of the highest quality possible so that I can feature very well in the global market . To achieve my career goals therefore , I will have to be attentive and keep focus on this three important attributes of project success
