Summary of Interview

I interviewed Ms . Helena Byars who is my friend 's elder sister and runs a child care center which is located at about an hour 's drive from my house . I had taken her prior appointment over phone and reached exactly on time at her place of work . The ambience of the place and the way she was handling her chores made my wish of opening a child care center even stronger

I was surprised to find out from her that these days not only the mothers who work

out of home but also those who stay back , like their children to attend a good child care center as all are adamant in giving their children a learning stimulation and a structured preschool education that is the USP of the child care centers . She said that apart from this , mothers want their children to socialize from their early years itself and learn how to interact in a group situation , which cannot be taught at homes , especially when a large number of families are nuclear families . I learnt from her that there is a great future for those planning to start business in this field

She guided me that it would not be sufficient to just focus on the techniques of looking after children in my graduate studies , rather it would be nice that I also learn the techniques of running a profitable business . She said that interviewing her was a very good move in this direction . She...
