Defining Productivity
Higher education institutions and systems needed to meet the increasing demands to provide quality education in constrained environment . Thus in to satisfy these demands , they needed to increase their productivity , among other things . Other approaches that addressed the limited resources involved the increase in the revenues for such institution .
