Going through a job interview can be a tough challenge for a job seeker undergoing the job application process . After all , it is during a job interview that the company gets to assess the applicant 's strengths and weaknesses -- whether these strengths will contribute to the company or to the department the applicant wishes to be a part of , and whether the weaknesses will not be a liability for the company .
