In the organization manager are the one who are responsible to attain the goals through employees Managers of an organization play an important role by influencing and motivating the employees . All the employees do not get motivated themselves , or they all are not active participator until they are motivated

by the manager or their heads . For the motivation of employees , they have to be stimulated toward actions , which are necessary for achieving the goals . Providing employees with good environment or increasing the salary cannot motivate them . Continuous steps should be taken from time to time to keep the motivation of employees in high level so that the required target and goal of the company can be achieved at the right time . Managers have to perform different roles through which they motivate employees . There are ten roles of mangers , which can be grouped under interpersonal relations information transformation and decision-making . According to Robert Katz , through technical skills , human skills and conceptual skills managers motivate and achieve the organizational goals
