The principal is someone who needs to know what is going on at all times and who is concerned with the overall and preservation of the school in to be able to manage what is happening in the environment around him or her . Overall the principal is expected to be so many different things and to wear so many different hats that is impossible to simply describe his or her role in the school district or educational system
