I will embark on communicating the importance of team leadership in all levels of church leadership . Church stakeholders need to understand that congregation is usually a melting pot for talents needed to solve complex issues . In addition , there is need to understand that stakeholders are more than happy to participating in solving complex issues in their church . Some of these individuals are shy of approaching pastors for some advice , lest the latter feel undermined . The approach of cooperation between pastors and rest faithful is the foundation for building strong working teams . Pastors should therefore ensure creating enabling environment , where faithful would feel free to approach and express respective concerns and opinions . These teams should further comprise of individuals from various interest groups in the church (such as , youth , women , and disabled among others .
