Poverty

p POVERTY

1 ) Direct cash transfer or financial dole-outs can be one of the most simple solutions to alleviate the problem of poverty . And so it seems For poverty , being an "imbalance , could easily be corrected by shifting resources to the other side of the divide . But economic issues are , more often than not , counter-intuitive , i .e , solution that might appear to be obvious and simple are not as obvious and simple as people would hope for

Given the concept of direct cash transfer , we ask where would the money be

used ? Would the money be utilized to purchase necessities , provide housing , invest in education or health care ? Would the monetary "grant be invested in setting up small businesses that would have the potential of generating more wealth ?
