Education is very important in children development .Apart form learning that a child gets at home schools and institutions play a very important role in imparting knowledge , good behavior , and skills in a child . Despite the schools ' positive influence on a child 's development , lack of a favorable environment at school can undermine learning and good child development (Berk ,2009 .The need to ensure that schools

provide children with the proper environment for learning has led to the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS .Positive Behavior Supports in a school system refers to an approach that is used to assist students in acquiring positive behavior by improving on their difficult behaviour .This approach is based on four issues an understanding that care givers do not control but need to give support , a belief that there is a reason behind a difficult behaviour ,application of knowledge to understand and assist others , and the conviction that there is need to move away from coercion .
